Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of zonestay.io (the "Site"), operated by Zonestay, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Zonestay", "we"). By using the Site you agree to them. They cover the Site only; any product or service we later offer will have its own terms.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general information about Zonestay. You may view it and share links to it. You may not copy, scrape or republish its content beyond what fair use allows, interfere with its operation, probe or test its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Information on the Site
The Site describes a company and products that are still in development. Nothing on it is an offer, a promise of features, timing or availability, or advice of any kind. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
The Zonestay name, the Z mark, the tagline "Your city, your brand" and all content on the Site belong to Zonestay, Inc. or its licensors. Using the Site grants you no licence to them.
Third-party services
The Site is hosted by Cloudflare and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Those providers' own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Our privacy policy explains what the Site collects.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, Zonestay is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
