Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Zonestay, Inc. ("Zonestay", "we") collects when you visit zonestay.io or contact us, and how we handle it. It is written for the site as it exists today: a single informational page and these two policies. When we launch our products we will publish a fuller policy here, and this page will say when it changed.
What we collect
When you visit the site. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to serve the page and defend against abuse. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers or social-media pixels, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
When you email us. If you write to hello@zonestay.io or privacy@zonestay.io we keep your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of the conversation, so we can reply and keep a record of what was said.
We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, precise location or any special-category data through this site.
How we use it
To operate and secure the site, to answer your message, and to keep records the law requires. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with the service providers who host our site and email (Cloudflare and Google Workspace), who process it on our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short rolling window and then discarded. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful to the conversation and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing privacy@zonestay.io. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR; we honour them regardless of where you are.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has contacted us, email privacy@zonestay.io and we will delete the record.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to our email and hosting accounts is limited to Zonestay staff and protected by multi-factor authentication.
